Before ordering, please prepare the following:
- A text file containing the full conversation to be animated.
- The exact resolution and orientation you need for the video.
- Which animation style you want (check the sample videos or previews on the website). If you need something different from the samples, provide a clear description.
- Whether you want the typing animation or if the chat bubbles should appear directly (without typing).
- Layout: choose between a full WhatsApp UI screen or the chat embedded inside a phone frame.
If you choose the phone frame, you'll also need to specify whether you want a transparent background (for overlaying on your own footage) or a visible background (which can be an image, video, or solid color).
Choosing the correct resolution is very important before placing the order. The resolution cannot be changed after the animation is completed, as it would require recreating the project from scratch. Common examples: 1080×1920 for Stories, 1920×1080 for YouTube.
The standard delivery format is H.264 MP4 (high quality with optimized file size). Other options available:
- ProRes 4444 – for transparent background (larger file size)
- WebM – for web/streaming use
- GIF – only available with a solid background
