This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products and custom animation services sold by W1sdom Prod. ("we", "us", or "our") at www.w1sdom.pro and through our authorized distribution partners (Gumroad, PayPal, VideoHive, Pond5, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, and Fiverr).

Because our products are digital in nature, they are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned. This policy explains when you are entitled to a replacement or refund, how to request one, and how your statutory consumer rights are protected.

1No-Return Policy for Digital Downloads

All products sold on www.w1sdom.pro — including motion graphics templates, After Effects project files, stock animation packs, cartoon map files, and other digital assets — are delivered electronically and are made available for download immediately upon payment.

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds solely on the basis of a change of mind once a file has been accessed or downloaded. This is consistent with standard practice for digital content under consumer protection regulations in most jurisdictions, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)), which exempts digital content from the right of withdrawal once download has commenced with the consumer's prior consent.

We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, preview images, demo videos, and listed specifications before completing a purchase. If you have any pre-purchase questions, please contact us before buying.

2Eligible Grounds for a Remedy

We stand fully behind the quality and accuracy of our products. If a genuine issue exists with your purchase, we will make it right. The following conditions qualify you for a replacement file or, where replacement is not possible, a full refund.

  • The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unreadable
  • The download link is broken, expired, or inaccessible after purchase
  • The product does not match the description, preview, or listed specifications (e.g. wrong software version compatibility, missing stated elements)
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-processing error
  • A technical defect prevents the file from functioning as described in the supported software environment
Not Eligible
  • Change of mind after download has been accessed
  • Incompatibility with software versions not listed in the product description
  • Failure to read product requirements (e.g. required plugins, minimum After Effects version)
  • Accidental purchase where the file has already been downloaded
  • Aesthetic or creative dissatisfaction unrelated to a described defect
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
Before you request a refund: Many technical issues can be resolved quickly. If your file is not opening or behaving unexpectedly, please reach out to us first — we can often provide a working version, a plugin fix, or a compatibility alternative within hours.

3Available Remedies

Where a valid defect or discrepancy is confirmed, we will offer the following remedies in order of preference:

Primary remedy — Replacement file: We will provide a corrected, fully functional version of the product within 24 hours of confirming your claim. This is our preferred remedy, as it resolves the issue fastest and ensures you receive the product you purchased.

Secondary remedy — Full refund: If a replacement cannot be provided (e.g. the defect is inherent and cannot be corrected), we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 7 business days of confirming your claim. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Partial refund: In cases where a product is partially functional or the defect affects only a portion of the purchased content, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund proportional to the affected components.

Our commitment: We aim to resolve every valid claim fairly and promptly. We do not require you to prove extensive technical details — a clear description of the issue and your order information is sufficient to begin the process.

4How to Submit a Refund or Replacement Request

To submit a claim, please follow the steps below. Providing complete information ensures we can resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Gather your order details

Locate your order confirmation email, transaction ID, or receipt. Note the product name, the platform through which you purchased (www.w1sdom.pro, Gumroad, PayPal, Fiverr, etc.), and the date of purchase.

Describe the issue clearly

Prepare a brief description of the problem: what is happening, what you expected to happen, which software and version you are using, and any error messages you have seen. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful but not required.

Contact us via email or the contact page

Send your request to contact@w1sdom.pro or use the Contact page on our website. Use the subject line "Refund Request — [Product Name]" or "Replacement Request — [Product Name]" so we can prioritize your message.

Await our response

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and aim to fully resolve it within 48 hours. If additional information is needed, we will contact you by reply email.

Time limit: Refund and replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests received after this window will not be eligible unless exceptional circumstances apply, at our sole discretion.

5Processing Timelines

6Custom Animation Services

This section applies to custom animation commissions purchased directly through our website or Fiverr gigs, including but not limited to: custom WhatsApp/iMessage/Instagram DM chat animations, short-form video editing, After Effects custom animations, collage animated ads, and AI motivational videos.

Before work begins: Custom orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any point before we have commenced production, provided you notify us within 24 hours of payment.

After work has begun: Once production has started — confirmed by our acknowledgment email or project brief — the following applies:

Revision requests: We include up to the number of revisions stated in the relevant product or gig listing. Additional revisions may be agreed at an extra charge.
Partial refund: If you wish to cancel after work has begun but before delivery, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the work not yet completed, at our discretion.
After delivery: Once the final file has been delivered and accepted (or 5 days have elapsed without objection), the order is considered complete and refunds are not available unless the delivered file contains a material defect not covered by the revision process.

Fiverr orders: Custom animation services purchased through Fiverr are additionally governed by Fiverr's Terms of Service and their buyer protection and resolution process. In the event of a conflict between Fiverr's policies and this policy, Fiverr's platform rules take precedence for orders placed through their platform.

7Platform-Specific Policies

Products sold through third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms' own buyer protection policies, which may grant you additional rights. The following cards summarize the relevant policies for each distribution channel.

Purchases made directly on our website are processed via PayPal or Gumroad. This policy applies in full. For PayPal-processed orders, PayPal's Buyer Protection may also apply independently. Contact us first — we will resolve the issue directly and promptly.

Gumroad does not offer a standard buyer protection program, but allows sellers to issue refunds directly. All refunds for Gumroad purchases are processed by us per this policy. If you have trouble reaching us, you may open a dispute through Gumroad's support.

VideoHive (Envato Market)

Stock motion graphics sold on VideoHive are governed by Envato's refund policy. Envato offers refunds if the item is materially different from its description, contains a technical defect, or if the buyer can demonstrate they cannot use the item as described. Refund requests on VideoHive must be made directly through Envato's support channels.

Items purchased on Pond5 are subject to Pond5's refund policy, which does not permit returns for digital content once downloaded. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical defects. Please contact Pond5 support directly for purchases made through their platform.

Stock footage contributed to Shutterstock and Adobe Stock is sold under each platform's own licensing and refund framework. Buyers on these platforms must contact Shutterstock or Adobe support directly. We do not process refunds for purchases made through these marketplaces.

Custom service orders placed through Fiverr are governed by Fiverr's Resolution Center and Order Cancellation Policy. Buyers may request a cancellation or revision through Fiverr's platform. We comply with all decisions made through Fiverr's official dispute resolution process.

8Consumer Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit or override any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. The following notes are provided for informational purposes.

European Union / EEA: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been made available and download has commenced with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you thereby waive the right of withdrawal. By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm this consent. Your rights in the event of a defective product under national consumer sales law (e.g. conformity guarantees) remain fully intact.

United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if neither is possible, a full or partial refund. This policy is compatible with those rights.

United States: Consumer protection laws vary by state. This policy does not restrict any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection statutes.

GDPR note: Any personal data you provide when submitting a refund request (name, email, order details) is processed solely for the purpose of resolving your claim and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9Amendments to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, distribution platforms, or applicable legal requirements. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For purchases made before a policy change, the version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase governs your rights.
